Stars Paper PackCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the Star paper on to a Glossy photo paper. I printed the design that matched perfectly to this paper and made it up. I attached the Decoupage on using Sticky pads.

I cut out the frame counting the rows of stars to get the perfect card and frame around the design.

A quick and easy Stunning and Brilliant card!!!! You will have a lot of use because these papers are brilliant and they match so many of the designs in colour!!!!
