I printed the paper on to a Glossy photo paper.

I cut it out all around in a wave pattern and glued the design on to it and then glued them both on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card A Fantastic paper KIT and you will love the colors the match great to loads of designs!!!!

I really Recommend this Paper pack to all of you!!!! You will LOVE it!!!!! Enjoy your crafting I know I do!!!!
