Baby Themed A4 PapersCompleted by Rae Trees

I've used three of the papers on this card. After printing on good quality paper I attached the spots to my card as a base, I die cut the stripes for the circle and I've used the balloons off another of the papers.

I added my elements from my stash. great papers, they'll mix and match and gives you a variety to choose from.
