10 Confetti Background PapersCompleted by Craft D Cards

This confetti paper lends its self to a whole host of cards from birthdays, anniversaries, parties etc etc. Here I have used it on a Happy New Years card. I just love the bold bright specks, just bring the card to life.

I used double sided tape on the confetti back ground and base of topper then added the stacker decoupage with silicone glue.

This card is a 200mm x 200mm ( approx 8''x8'')
