I printed all the elements onto white gloss card. I cut the main box and panel toppers out and assembled and stuck them using double sided tape. for the pop up elements I attached them to the box inserts using clear acetate strips and tacky glue.

The finished box with all the elements folds flat to go into the envelope, also supplied in the file. There are more elements included than I have used so I can make more boxes with a different look. A fantastic design.
