After printing all pages I cut out the straight edged pieces by hand. I cut the decopauge pieces on a Silhouette Portrait digital cutter using pixscan. I then scored and folded all pieces as marked. I added double sided tape to all glue points.

It was very easy then just to fold and glue. I added all decopauge layers before adhering boxes to the inside of the card. I also added some silver snowflakes as buttons on the boxes silver star to the tree and christmas greeting on the outside of card.
