BOX CARD POP UP 3D KIT - SILHOUETTE NATIVITY CHRISTMASCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed all card parts of the Silhouette Nativity onto 250gsm smooth card and the envelope onto 160gsm paper. I scored, folded and made up the box part with wet glue following the instructions and added the back greeting panel and flap panels with dst.

I made up the matching envelope with dst. I cut out my chosen elements . There are loads to choose from. I cut out the 4 inner support strips from a matching blue card from my craft box as I found the included ones just under 1cm short.

These I folded over at the ends and attached inside to two sides of the box with strong dst. I left some of the blue edging on when I decoupaged and and have highlighted the edges with sparkly blue gelly roll pen,for a pretty shine.

You cant see this on the photo. I attached to the strips with dst.

I have added a transparent star and a Christmas star with acetate which I also used to add the King and Angel towards the back.

This folds flat and fits in the matching envelope. But take care that all the decoupage will fit well in your envelope before glueing!

A lovely surprise for the recipient when the card is taken out of the envelope!
