Welcome to my pop up box tutorial.Print out all your required pages.Although I have included one in all the pop up box kits I myself dont use it.Pop any pages you require back into the printer and print the backing paper on the reverse side.First make up your envelope.Cut out the front and back.Score and mountain fold your envelope back.Add tape and/or glue to all 3 flaps.Affix to the inside of your envelope front.Score and mountain fold your envelope front flap.Cut out main card sheet.Score where instructed and mountain fold.Add the 3 front panels to the main box card.Add your panel to the front of the back panel.Add you 3 panels to the folded flaps.Cut out and attach your deco supports to your box as shown.I have used wet glue to attach the supports as they can easily be moved into position.Once you have them in the position you like attach the rest of your box.Cut out your decorations, decoupage pieces if you are using them.I have use the decoupage pieces as extra elements as opposed to decoupaging them. When you add your decorations fold you card flat and turn sideways. This gives you an idea of where to place them. You need to be sure it will fit into the envelope once completed.

I printed the box onto 250gsm white card then put it back through the printer to print the complementary backing paper onto the reverse.
I printed the rest of the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut these out.
I scored and folded the box as expected and attached the panels to the tabs at this stage using thin foam tape.
I assembled the box using strong double sided tape. I added the crossbars using strong double sided tape. I added the elements to the crossbars using strong double sided tape and acetate. Beautiful when finished and it will fold flat for posting.
