2016 Bag Calendar - EnchantedCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the bag parts onto 200gsm matte photo paper and the calender parts onto smooth 250gsm card, then scored,cut out and glued together the various elements using a combination of strong DST and wet glue.There is an excellent illustrated tutorial on the Forum which I followed to make up the giftbag/calender jotter.It's very straightforward. Everything fits well together,and the monthly jotters are tucked inside,making a cute gift. I finished by adding the decoupage flower with foam pads

and used dots of yellow stickles and glossy accents for a glossy raised front "clasp". I closed the bag with a velcro dot for a good finish, punched a hole in the year tag and threaded with thin ribbon( sorry,I haven't photographed it!) A super little bag design,with or without the calender,great for gifts. I love the bright colours.
