Pretty Butterfly Lace Doilies - the SquaresCompleted by Joan King - Kingcrafts

I asked for these kits as I knew they would make lovely lace edges for some of my cards. I used the A5 size blue doiley for this card. I cut it out and placed onto a navy pearlised card of 300gm using DST.

I wanted to keep some of the inside of the lace showing so reduced the size of my image to accommodate this.

I put the main image onto the lace backing using DST and then put the pyramage on with 2mm mini foam mounts.

I did the same for the greeting. I attached silver rhinestones around the edge of the lace. It makes a simpler style card look so effective.
