I printed out twice onto 200 gram smooth card and scored and folded the second print in reverse so that I could add an insert so no white showed.

I added a matching spotty design topper from cup535919_10 and added some mini black die-cut accessories to the bottom of the topper and down the right gatefold side.....These cards come in a lovely range of colours to match all your toppers and when printed out twice you have a perfectly matched card inside and out
