Firstly I printed the card base onto white Linen card stock and cut it out. The i printed the topper sheet onto Matt photo paper 190gsm and cut and layer it all up.
I then mounted the topper onto the front panel of the base card, I added a sentiment for the stopper, to finish it off I used glossy accents onto the teddy's nose and eyes.
