I printed the design onto crafty Bobs matte photo paper and cut out all the elements following the easy instuctions.I then added the decoupage layers to the topper with foam pads.To finish the card I added some little gems to the tree,some glitter and a bow,I also printed the matching envelope (not shown) onto matte paper 160gsm a lovely card....a delight for all stars to receive
