I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements and assembled the main section of the card using the easy instructions.

I added the decoupage to the base topper using foam pads added a pom pom to izzy's hat and finished the card by adding a few blue pearls and some glitter.Another wow design from Janet and I'm sure my friends will go " NUTS " when they receive these cards too.
