Red Tulips in a Scalloped Frame Easel Card and Envelope Kit

This is just one of my floral 3D Decoupage Easel Kits and is suitable for a number of occasions. The red and white tulips are set on a background of vibrant green leaves inside a scalloped background. There are decoupage layers, a matching envelope and full instructions all included.

I have included a small variety of sentiments as follows: 'Wishing you every happiness on your special day', With love and best wishes that come from the heart', ' You're in my thoughts and in my heart', 'Happy Birthday', 'Get Well Soon', 'Happy Mothers Day'. There are blank sentiment panels included so you can add your own words if you so wish.
