I printed the design on good quality photo paper. I printed the backing sheets first, I then turned them over and printed the toppers on one and the base on the other.

I cut, scored and folded as directed. I attached the toppers and decoupaged with silicone glue.

I added the stopper, sentiment and some balloons for decoration. Love the design!
