What a fun card for a bingo fanatic. I printed out onto glossy photo card and folded according to the directions on the sheets. I then added the topper to the diagonal folds using double sided tape. I then added the decoupage pieces and the stop using foam pads.

And there is a matching envelope too. :) A really fun card to make. :)
