An octagonal exploding box card in pale yellow with gold spring flowers backing paper. There are three layers to the box. The first (outer) layer is very pale yellow with gold spring flowers backing paper on the flaps.

The middle layer is pale yellow with deep yellow borders, gold elements and a large bow on the flaps. The smallest layer has a smaller bow and a butterly image on each flap. There are additional butterflies to decoupage and create the 3D effect.

The centre of the smallest layer has very pale yellow with gold spring flowers backing paper and a large deep yellow decoupaged rose.
