Printed onto 220gsm glossy photo paper. Cut out all the elements. Constructed the base card by scoring and folding as directed and adhering with ds tape. Added the pockets with a line of PVA glue. Built up card with 1mm foam pads.

Punched a hole in the top of the tags and inserted ribbon.
