I printed out onto a med weight card stock. I cut all the pieces out and following the instructions that were included I built the card. I used foam pads and a wet glue.

Very good instructions with pictures and I couldn't believe how simple and fast this was to make. I love this card. It folds flat for shipping. A must have in your card collection.
