I printed onto good quality smooth card and made up the easel with 2 simple valley folds. I added the inverted pyramid layers using sticky pads but left the top one off. I added the stopper and sentiment with sticky pads.

I added pearls to the corners of the pyramid and 3 pearl ribbon sliders threaded with pink ribbon to the stopper.
