I printed the sheet onto white cardstock, cutting and folding as per the designers instructions. I then made up the decoupage sections for the front panel with gel glue and to the base with foam tape.

I added a blue thread to the tags and tied this in a bow.

To complete I added to domed dolphin stickers to the base and two holographic shell stickers to the front. I have left the tags blank to await the recipients name and suitable greeting.
