I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image and decoupage layers using small scissors. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

This card is easy to construct thanks to the handy instructions which are included with the kit.

A lovely bright card to give someone special.
