I printed out the book pages and decoupage on lightweight card, and the box out of a higher weight card.
I cut out everything and attached the base to a card Half an a4.
I layered the other pages with small foam pads to give them lift and then added the decoupage. I finished with a triangle of card for a bookmark and a bow of burgandy ribbon. The box lid was carefully cut out and the aperture lined with acetate to finish.
