Printed both the card and the decoupage on to card. Cut out card and elements. Attached fan using a crystal brad, securing them in place with a dab of glue on the underside.
Cut out the belt part and attached with another smaller crystal brad. Butterfly added to buckle and decoupaged on to butterfly on card. Pink pearl gems added to highlight. Love this card.
