Printed pieces onto good quality white card. Printed the backing paper onto A4 sticky back paper and applied straight onto back of the card with pieces to cut out.

Assembled the fan blades, placing the bow at bottom of fan and adding another bow to the right.

The skulls were applied to blades, alternate ones decoupaged for 3D effect and another at bottom of the fan. The little circle elements were added. Silver peel-off straight edges were used to edge each blade. A birthday greeting was added.
