Printed images onto card and the backing paper to the back.

Fan blades assembled and stuck with double-sided tape applied to right edge of each blade.

The bow image mounted to bottom of fan with a sentiment.

The Whatever letters were highlighted with red starburst sakura pen. For each letter a tiny black pearl was placed randomly on it.

The skull circles either side of Whatever were applied to blades and some 3d clear gloss finish applied to them to give shiny effect.
