I printed the design onto 255gsm photographic paper and the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut them out. I scored and folded the card and cut around the fold back as expected. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.
