Printed on to HQ glossy photo card.

Once I had cut out the decoupage elements I built them up and adhered using double sided sticky foam.I folded the backing design into a concertina as shown in Elaine's instruction sheets using the mountain/valley folds as advised and then adhered each decoupage piece in position using double sided sticky tape- BUT only on half of each piece so that the other half opened with the concertina freely.

I placed the larger tag on the farthest left side and chose to use the "Happy Retirement" tag which was placed on the fifth fold as shown.

There are other greetings which come with this kit such as "Happy Birthday" Please Get Well Soon" and " Just For You " Loved creating this one .
