I cut and folded all the iris pieces and then secured these to the base image as shown in the instructions.

From a piece of backing paper I made a frame for the image and secured it to the front with double sided tape.

All this I then fixed to a white A6 card blank. With another piece of matching backing paper I made a tag which I secured with silicon glue and added a peel off sentiment.
