This great little card can be used as it is but there is an A4 backing sheet, an envelope front and back and decoupage layers which can be used as well.
Sentiment on the card is Happy Birthday and there are additional sentiment labels (Best Wishes and Enjoy Your Day) as well as a blank label.

I printed the design on good quality photo paper and assembled as per the instructions. I used silicone glue to decoupage the elements. I used 80gsm paper to print the envelope and assembled it with DST. Loved the design, it looks great and is easy and quick.
