Tulips from My HeartCompleted by Samantha Kallenbach

I printed this image on to good quality card and cut out.

Using double sided tape fixed the two hearts onto each side of the main card then using foam pads I attached the layers of decoupage to the main card.

For the envelope I scored down the two sides and the bottom and with tape fixed together.
