Baby Boy, Gift Envelope with 3 Choices of DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as per instructions. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached it to the gift envelope also using thin foam tape.

I used some ribbon from my craft box to complete the lovely design.
