Halloween Treat BoxCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed all parts of this fun box design for Halloween onto heavyweight smooth card and made up following the clear illustrated instructions. I used strong double sided tape for the side, inner base, base and top, also for tabs on the bat wings and the fun lid. I first glued bat wings back to back with wet glue, passed through the slits on the lid,glued outer and inner lid and passed the lid tabs through box lid,glueing underneath.

I used 2mm foam for decoupage ,except the ghost which was attached to half a folded strip of acetate then the second half was attached to the inner lid. I have shown the box with the lid open. This is great fun to craft for/with the children at Halloween. Its a large size for treats, too!
