Large Gift Handbag - Cats and Daisies

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the separate pieces of the bag and assembled using strong double sided tape.

I added ribbon through the holes at the top of the bag and secured inside using strong double sided tape.

I then added the inside flap also using strong double sided tape. I punched a further two holes in the flap of the bag and the bag itself and threaded more of the same ribbon through the holes and tied in a bow to secure.

I find that Velcro does not work well on the high gloss photo paper that I use. I assembled the daises and secured with a brad from my craft box. I then attached them to the bag using thin foam tape. A gorgeous gift bag when completed.

I printed the sheets on matte photo paper and cut out and constructed the bag as outlined in the tutorial, though I swiped over the dst I used to put the bag together with a glue stick after removing the guard strip so I would have a bit of maneuvering time to line things up properly.

The flowers were easy to cut out and I stuck them together with white glue, then added Liquid Pearl centers (and a brad to the center of the large flower on the flap).

Finished with little paw print stickers meandering through the design :-) and Liquid Pearl centers on the daisies on the bag front.

Great bag, very roomy and VERY cute!
