I printed onto laid paper, trimmed and folded ready to be fixed inside the cards. These inserts are beautiful - so much so that I cut the anniversary one in half and used one part as a topper on a gold card blank.
I then decorated it with a gold wedding cake embellishment and various gold peel-offs, and fixed the other half inside as the insert.
