I printed the picture and decoupage onto good quality photo paper, and cut out the main picture, leaving a small white edge, then added the decoupage to it.

Put this onto the front of an A5 card, which I had previously printed the 'Happy Birthday' onto, and finished it off with a couple of peel-offs at the top.
