I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the design as required. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added a piece of organza ribbon before threading the two tabs through the slits and securing with some double sided tape.
I printed the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut it out. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape. A lovely card that will fold flat for posting.
