I printed this design onto white card and cut out and assembled following the easy instructions! I used silicone glue to lift the image and soft blue feathers were added for special effect.
I detailed with blue liquid pearl and popped white sparkle ric rac ribbon around the border of the candles. I very striking and unusual idea for a card, love it!
