I used an A4 white card and I placed the base sheet onto the card & then folded it length ways.
I then decoupaged 2 layers with thin foam pads.
Once stuck down I used some glue to out line then centre & edges of the rose, then sprinkled some fine silver glitter onto the glue.
A really fab design.
