I printed the two main sheets on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I sized the letters I needed, printed them, and cut them out. I put foam pads on the back of all the pieces and arranged them on the card front with the backing paper on.

Once I had decided on their placement I removed the backing paper to adhere them to the card front and insert.

I then used double sided tape to attach both the insert and the card front to a dark, green, blank card.
