Another of Carol's wonderful On-the-Shelf friends. Carol's very easy to follow instructions ensure success. I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements.
I inked the edge of all the decoupage elements (which I think is important as it hides the white edges on the finished card) and assembled the card using spongy tape.
I could have added some bling or glitter but I thought she was just as happy with her glass of wine so left her to it!
