I printed the pages on to quality matte photo paper and cut out the elements. Before cutting out the polka dot paper i scored the valley folds and then cut the strip and folded on the score lines.

I attached the large dog piece to the back long side of the b&w polka dot strip, so that the bottom of the dog is lined up with the bottom of the strip.

I attached the pot to the underneath of the polka dot paper approximately1" from the top of the pot. I then attached the dog head with 3d foam dimensional tape. I then picked the HAPPY BIRTHDAY greeting and sculpted it so that is had dimension and attached it with silicone.

Put the dog paws on flat so that they will tuck under the dog's ears to hold him up straight, I attached the snail and bee, and then took yellow stickles and colored in the centre of all the daisies.

I, then cut out the card piece and attached it to the inside of the card for personal message to be written.

Finally i put glossy accents on the dog's eyes, to give them some depth and give him some life.

I scored the lines on the envelope pieces and assembled it with double sided tape. GREAT card, love the way it sits over the ledge.
