I printed off the instructions and read these thoroughly.

I then placed the main support on another sheet of card to strengthen this and cut this out and made the creases as indicate, once this was done I placed the decoupage on as indicated in the instructions with double sided tape.

Very effective once completed and not as difficult as it looks, just something different for a greeting card
