3D on the Shelf Card Kit - Little Mermaid NixieCompleted by Linda Robitaille

I printed these sheets onto photo cardstock. I assembled the main card with double sided tape and applied the decoupage with sticky foam dots.

I added purple paper flowers to her hair and tiny lavender rhinestones to her arms and shell.

I love this card! Another great "on the shelf" design by Carol.
