I printed the sheets onto A5 size 250gsm. matte photo paper and scored the sheets where necessary before cutting out the pieces.

I followed the instructions to make up the card using sticky pads to add the layers. These cards have a Happy Birthday caption inside..

Other captions could be It's Your Birthday, Birthday Boy or Party Time. I finished this one with Happy Birthday on the cake but you could ages 12-17 instead. Just me know. CAREY looks so cute made up half size.
