I printed the download onto heavyweight card (220gsm), cut out and assembled as per the instructions. I added decoupage layers using 3D foam to add dimension. I printed the envelope pages onto printer paper to make the coordinating envelope.

When perched on a shelf or mantlepiece the "Birthday Boy" measures 29cm tall (11.5') and looks fabulous! He folds up neatly for sending.
