I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 card. I attached the inside panel to the card using double sided tape.

I cut out the apertures on the outside panel and attached it to the front of the card using double sided tape.

I then cut out the white card that was visible. I lined up the inside panel of hearts so that they were visible through the aperture and attached it to the inside of the card using double sided tape.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

To finish I attached a piece of acetate to the inside of the front of the card to form a window.
