Open Front Cameo Kit - Cameo Rose
New for July 2012, my Open-Front Cameo Card Kits make an impressive and detailed card that's fun to make and a joy to receive. You could make them quickly by omitting the decoupage, or add your choice of the many detailed elements which give these cards real depth and beauty. There are lots of sentiment tiles included so you can can use them for lots of occasions, including Birthdays, Mother's Day, Anniversary, Thank you etc.
Each kit comes with a detailed, illustrated tutorial and a matching envelope. They are easy to make but are extremely effective when completed.
This design features a beautiful rose arrangement, set in a white frame decorated with ribbons and dragonflies.

I printed the design on good quality photo paper 250gsm for the front and back and 165gsm for the decoupage and inner section.
I followed the instructions included in the kit to assemble the card, making sure I lined everything up.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue that I wanted to use. I did the flower heads and buds, the dragon fly, the key and the ribbon section. I added on of the many sentiments. I printed the envelope on 165gsm paper and secured with double sided tape. Very pretty card.
