Slider-easel - Poinsettias Red
A pot of poinsettias is perfect for Christmas. This design is available with red poinsettias on either a red or green background or white poinsettias on a mixed red / green background.
This card opens like a conventional one, but is designed to be displayed with the base card flat and the sentiment panel pulled out to create an easel style card.
The base card folds to a standard 5x7 inch size, which gives plenty of space to write a message, or you could add an insert.
The pop-up/easel section features lovely 3D decoupage, which is easy to cut-out, but very effective when put together, and there are optional sentiment panels, giving you a choice of three different sentiments plus a blank panel for you to add your own greeting with stamps or peeloffs if you prefer.
The card and matching envelope are very easy to make, and full instructions are included in the kit.

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.
I scored and folded the card as instructed. I assembled the card following the easy instructions. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the centre of the poinsettias and to the centre of the ribbon. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape. A lovely card when finished.
